Annual Development Plan Budget Allocation Curated

This data looks at how the provincial budgets for our four main provinces of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan, have changed over time, for different categories. The data is available from 2002 till 2017 for Punjab, 2008 to 2017 for Sindh, 2013 to 2019 for KPK, and 2007 to 2017 for Balochistan. The data has been extracted from Development Statistics of each province. The allocated budget is reported in Million Rupees. The sectors that are important and common across all provinces, except for Women’s Development, have been chosen for a better quantitative analysis among the provinces. And the results have been normalized with respect to population (per 100,000) to understand the budget difference among provinces in real terms.
