US Aid to Pakistan (2001-2021)

The U.S. and Pakistan have worked together for more than 70 years on issues that are important to both nations, including energy, economic growth, peace and inclusion, education, and health. USAID’s current country development cooperation strategy for Pakistan focuses on fostering a more stable, peaceful and prosperous country. The following dataset includes all the aid provided to Pakistan from the US through USAID or other USG departments. It includes complete data from 2001 through 2021. The dataset includes the implementing agency and its acronym which is implementing the activity, name of the office, bureau, department, or sub agency within the USG agency implementing the activity, receiving channel and the category it falls in, sector name, purpose of the activity, funding account name, agency name and its acronym, activity name, activity start and end date, fiscal year and amount disbursed
