PEW RESEARCH CENTER FOR THE PEOPLE & THE PRESS JUNE 2005 NEWS INTEREST INDEX / MEDIA

This dataset comes from the Pew Research Center’s June 2005 News Interest Index and Media Update, conducted between June 8–12, 2005, with a sample of 1,464 U.S. adults. It includes a household selection experiment aimed at increasing representation of younger respondents, particularly young women. The survey also includes political attitude variables comparing respondents’ ideological self-placement with their perceptions of the Democratic and Republican parties.
