Pakistan Gazetteer Data.xlsx

Here you will find the Pakistan Gazetteer Data Excel file that contains main data as well as a description of some features codes downloaded from GeoNames. GeoNames is integrating geographical data such as names of places in various languages, elevation, population and others from various sources. The data format is tab-delimited text in utf8 encoding. All lat/long coordinates are in WGS84 (World Geodetic System 1984). All features are categorized into one out of nine feature classes and further subcategorized into one out of 645 feature codes.
